A Shirley Pewter Design

In 1788 while serving as Ambassador to France Thomas Jefferson commissioned an unidentified Parisian goldsmith to make only a pair of these goblets in sterling silver. Shirley Pewter craftsmen have reproduced these goblets by hand from the finest quality pewter available. Handcrafted in the USA with a polished finish. 5 inches high and 3 inches in diameter.
