Handmade Mojitos for Two
INGREDIENTS:
2 Handmade Pewter Cups, chilled.*
2 parts Rum
1 part sugar
24 fresh mint leaves
1 lime, sliced. Save 2 slices for garnish.
6 parts Club Soda, approximately
Crushed ice

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle mint leaves, lime slices and sugar in a pitcher or large glass. Add Rum and some Club Soda. Stir well. Divide contents of pitcher into two frosty Pewter Cups. Add more crushed ice, top off with Club Soda and garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
*Pewter cups may be placed in the refrigerator to chill before serving the Mojito.
